Terms & Conditions

Introduction:

Welcome to XpressWire.io (the “Site”), a press release distribution service operated by XpressWire (“XpressWire”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and the services offered through the Site.

Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site or our services. We reserve the right to modify or change these Terms at any time, without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any modifications to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.

Use of Services:

XpressWire provides press release distribution services to clients in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries. XpressWire acts solely as a distribution platform that facilitates the dissemination of press releases and other materials submitted by third-party clients, agencies, or partners.

For the purposes of these Terms, the term “Submitting Party” refers to any individual, organization, agency, reseller, or partner submitting press releases or other materials to XpressWire for distribution.

XpressWire does not author submitted press releases and does not independently verify the accuracy, legality, or reliability of the statements contained in submitted materials.

By submitting a press release through our Site, you confirm that you are authorized to distribute the press release and that the press release does not contain false, misleading, unlawful, or defamatory statements.

XpressWire reserves the right to reject, edit, refuse distribution, or remove any press release that violates these Terms or our Editorial Guidelines.

Content Requirements:

The Submitting Party is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and validity of all information contained within submitted press releases.

By submitting content to XpressWire, you represent and warrant that:

  • The submitted material is accurate and not misleading.
  • The material does not contain defamatory statements or unverified allegations against identifiable individuals or organizations.
  • The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
  • You have full authority and legal rights to distribute all materials included in the submission, including images, logos, trademarks, and text.
  • The Submitting Party confirms that any personal data, names, photographs, or identifying information included in the submission are used with lawful authorization and comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

XpressWire does not independently verify the accuracy of submitted content.

Third-Party Publication and Distribution

XpressWire distributes press releases to third-party media outlets, partner websites, and news platforms. These publishers operate independently and maintain full editorial control over the content hosted on their websites.

Once a press release has been distributed and published by a third-party publisher, XpressWire does not control the hosting, modification, or removal of such content.

Requests related to removal, correction, or editorial review of content hosted on third-party websites should be directed to the respective publisher.

XpressWire may assist in forwarding such requests to relevant publishers but cannot guarantee removal or modification of content hosted by third parties.

Fees and Payment:

We offer various packages for press release distribution, each with its own pricing and distribution network. You will be responsible for paying the fees associated with the package you choose. All fees are non-refundable once the press release has been distributed.

Intellectual Property:

You acknowledge that all content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to XpressWire and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability:

You agree that XpressWire shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Site or our services. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the fees paid by you for the services provided.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XpressWire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or our services or your breach of these Terms.

XpressWire acts solely as a technical and promotional distribution service for press releases submitted by third parties and does not endorse or verify the claims contained in submitted materials.

XpressWire shall not be liable for any reputational harm, financial loss, or damages arising from statements or claims made within press releases submitted by third parties.

This indemnification also applies to any claims arising from the content of press releases or materials submitted by the user, including but not limited to claims involving defamation, privacy violations, intellectual property infringement, or misleading statements.

Content Complaints and Removal Requests

XpressWire takes complaints regarding potentially unlawful or defamatory content seriously. If XpressWire receives a credible complaint or legal notice regarding content distributed through its services, XpressWire reserves the right to review the matter and take appropriate action, including requesting review by the publishing outlet or restricting distribution of the content where reasonably possible.

XpressWire may remove or restrict access to content from its own platforms if necessary to comply with applicable laws or to mitigate potential legal risks.

No Editorial Endorsement

The publication or distribution of a press release through XpressWire does not constitute endorsement, verification, or approval of the statements or claims contained within the submitted material.

All opinions, claims, and representations expressed in distributed press releases belong solely to the issuing organization.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Termination:

We may terminate your access to the Site or our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, these Terms shall continue to apply to any obligations or liabilities that have accrued prior to the termination date.

Miscellaneous:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and XpressWire with respect to the Site and our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

XpressWire reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

Thank you for choosing XpressWire as your trusted press release distribution partner.
